Our selection includes natural hand spun and dyed wool, mohair, angora, alpaca wools and silk yarns. Listed below are just a few of the knitting wools that we hold in stock.

Orkney Angora

We are pleased to stock a range of hand dyed angora wools from the Orkney Isles. We are currently stocking their 50/50 yarn which is a blend of 50% grade 1 angora and 50% best quality lambswool. This creates an exceptionally versatile wool which is suitable for a wide range of including socks and gloves. It is suitable for both hand and machine knitting.

Manos del Uruguay

These stunning skeins are handspun and kettle dyed over wood fires, causing these striking marbled effects. Distributed by a non-profit making organisation which aims to bring economic and social opportunities to women in ruarl Uruguay.
